This training provides executive assistants or those that manage mail and calendar for others with the skills necessary to manage and determine sharing for email, calendars, events, and contacts. The class includes an overview of email delegation, calendar sharing, permissions and delegation, establishing workflows, custom notifications, creating events on another calendar and managing multiple calendars. Recommended prerequisites for this training class are Google Mail and Calendar training classes. (~1 hour)
