Can't figure out how to use a specific feature? Trying to recreate your daily activities and workflows in G Suite? Below are five ways to find support for your G Suite questions.

On-site Google Guides

  1. Access the G Suite Help Centers

    Reference Google's help centers regarding specific applications. Find tips to common questions and popular tutorials.

  2. Utilize the In-Application 'Help' Option

    Click the gear icon at the top right of your G Suite page, select the 'Help' option, and type your question in the search box of the official Google Help page. 

  3. Perform a Quick Google Search

    Type your question into Google search or the URL box of your Chrome browser (this feature works exactly like a Google search function).
  4. Watch the G Suite Training Videos

    Be sure to watch the G Suite training videos to help you become familiar with all of the features and functionality. The training videos
     will answer many of your questions.

  6. Contact the VITA help desk

    Contact the VITA Customer Care Center (VCCC) if you are locked out of email, unable to send mail, etc.
