  1. Access the G Suite Help Centers

    Reference Google's help centers regarding specific applications. Find tips to common questions and popular tutorials.


  2. Utilize the In-Application 'Help' Option

    Click the gear icon at the top right of your G Suite page, select the 'Help' option, and type your question in the search box of the official Google Help page. 

  3. Perform a Quick Google Search

    Type your question into Google search or the URL box of your Chrome browser (this feature works exactly like a Google search function).
     
  4. Watch the G Suite Training Videos

    Be sure to watch the G Suite training videos to help you become familiar with all of the features and functionality. The training videos
     will answer many of your questions

  5. Contact the VITA help desk
