The following actions are being undertaken to resolve the backlog:
  • Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC) has trained and assigned 10 resources specifically for ongoing email support and the ticket backlog in the service desk
  • VITA has hired two additional contractors to concentrate efforts on the ticket backlog
  • Tempus Nova has assigned four full-time employees to focus on the backlog 
  • VITA is directly addressing performance with our messaging supplier
